yeah, i know, it's just a truck with electronic shit all over it.

i've had my truck covered with one thing or another since 1985 or so. simply for the sheer fun of it; the simple joy of self-expression. no deep meaning and i really don't consider it art. but i like it. 1975 chevy C-20 3/4 ton camper special (1 ton suspension, 454 cubic inch engine (that's about 8 1/2 liters), 350 HP, 120 gallon fuel capacity, runs on propane OR gasoline. i have been using primarily propane to run my truck since 1981. 0-60 in six seconds or less, but at 6500 lbs stopping is a another issue - don't pull out in front of me.

i once filled the back with water and had a friend drive us to the liquor store drive-up window and bought beer whilst floating on an inner tube. also filled the bed with water and backed it up to the front door of somebody who i thought was a real asshole, knocked, and when they opened the door i opened the tailgate. it drains in about 2 seconds. the wall of water knocked the guy off his feet and washed him across the room. while he was floundering about i drove off. both in socorro, NM.

The circuit boards have been on there for several years, though previously it was stucco'd for 6 or 7 years and covered with postcards for 6 or 7 years before that.

I get asked a lot if my truck is supposed to be some kind of statement - well, I'm not too sure if that's the case, but if it does say anything it's saying 'I don't owe any money on this truck'...
